Best Wishes from Korea

Posie has reminded me that it's nearly Christmas, and it's time for us to prepare a little yuletide cheer. She's doing her part, of course.

But the rest of us are getting in on the act too. Erin has spent the weekend making enough cookies and toffee to feed half of Korea.

She even made some absolutely fantastic cheese crackers off of a recipe she got from her mom.

And I've been busy wrapping presents and generally doing my best to make merry.

We're spending our holiday in Chungju this year, and it's hard not to miss all our family and friends on the other side of the world. We'll be thinking of you. Happy Holidays, and the very best of wishes for the coming year.
